Women Working
Women in the workplace. For some reason this is still a controversial issue in any workplace. It seems that men and women can overcome their differences, to accept that people are people regardless of gender, or workplace of mutual respect. That since World War II, when the industries ‘forced’ to accept women in the workplace, special considerations on the basis of the feminine in psychology have been made for women at work. Instead of facilitating change, has adopted the principles of working conditions more difficult for women, and still feel today.
July 1943 Transportation Magazine wrote an article containing 11 recommendations designed to help administrators out of the workforce and women. Many people, both men and women continue to believe that the attractive women, who are proud of their appearance, are somewhat easier to watch than the soulless women. Where is the golden mean? The men still believe that women use their looks to get promotions and pay increases. Askmen.com recent article said that the eyes and wearing a revealing dress is simply a means to end some females. At least the writer, Armando Gomez, a valid sentence, the word “up” and does not paint all the women in his brush wrong.
What’s worse than men believe that women flaunt their looks as a strategy of self-marketing is the fact that many women subscribe to that way of thinking. Feminist writers have amply covered, men have written in terms of the feminization of the workplace, women have tried to write from the perspective of a man and men have tried to write with women in mind. Gomez tries to askmen.com the latter article. Since the work of a woman, along with other women, I must say, “Huh?” Maybe I’m just working in good companies, but I never felt the need to distinguish myself in obtaining recognition of the scope of my ability.
Suggest that only professional women develop schizophrenia is seriously irresponsible and inaccurate, not to mention offensive and discriminatory.
Gomez compounds his sins by drawing up a plan that you feel reflect the differences in behavior between men and women at work. Some items are his claims that women tend to be well prepared, while the men put together bits of information at the last minute. Personality types are not based on sex, life is not so simple or easy to get capped.
Attitudes toward women in the workplace have come a long way since 1943 when it was considered a good advice from a doctor to examine the potential female employees.
